Honeysuckle provides a service via the Site producing photo-books for customers. The Honeysuckle photo-book service provided via the Site involves , submission of Images (digital or printed) to Honeysuckle by customers and production of photo-books by HS for customers. This service is subject to the Honeysuckle Terms and Conditions of Service accessible via the Site and you must confirm your Agreement prior to using the said service.
Honeysuckle may collect personal information from you during your access to and use of the Site. All such personal information will be dealt with in accordance with and subject to the Honeysuckle Privacy Policy accessible via the Site.
Access to Honeysuckle
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Honeysuckle, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. When your book has been produced we,will give you the opportunity to review and accept the book, before we ship the book to you. The responsibility is the customers when the book has been signed off. No returns accepted after signed off book by customer.
Pricing, delivery and return policy
Transaction Currency
Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. All prices shown are inclusive of TAX (UK VAT at the prevailing rate).
Delivery Policy
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller to the Buyer or, if some other place for delivery is agreed by the Seller, by the Seller delivering the Goods to that place. The Seller shall notify the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer.
Returns Policy
Shortages and breaks must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Return goods within 5 working days for a refund minus the shipping cost.
Export Restrictions
Currently we can only deliver our products to UK, EU, USA & CANADA.
Payment Terms
Payment will be taken via Credit/ Debit card in advance of the order being shipped.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
Customs
When ordering goods from Honeysuckle for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Honeysuckle you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
